WE ARE SOUND & RECORDING FACILITIES

SPECIALIZED IN RECORDING AND MIXING AUDIO FOR TV, RADIO AND MUSIC STREAMS

About us

When you’re talking about Sound & Recording Facilities, you’re actually talking about the man behind it: Harm Smit. He’s been mixing and recording sound since 1992.

Harm successfully started his own business in 2000. He’s been a much sought-after sound engineer for TV, radio and music recordings ever since. Satisfied returning customers prove the great appreciation of his work.

Sound & Recording Facilities has its own recording vehicle, and all the other equipment needed to take care of any recording you might be doing. We have gathered quite some experience in audio over IP through a number of grand productions in the past couple of years. Whether it is DANTE, RAVENNA or AES67, our expertise is abundantly available. Further more, our recording vehicle is fully equipped to work with audio over IP, and ready for the future.

What we do

Our specialty is recording and mixing sound for TV, radio and various other media.

With our own – very well-equipped – recording vehicle, we can make excellent sound recordings from any location and broadcast live via your own channel. When we’re unable to reach a location with our recording vehicle, we bring all the necessary high quality equipment with us to ensure the quality of your recording or broadcast. Whether you just want a small recording with a few microphones, or a recording as big as a large orchestra, we are your number one solution.

Harm is also available for individual productions or as extra manpower.

He is experienced in areas such as:

• Streaming and broadcast ICT;

• Intercom / Riedel / RTS;

• Audio over IP / DANTE / RAVENNA / AES67;

• Lawo / Studer / SSL;

• Radio broadcast environment.
